Bob Lupton, a proud American veteran, served as an electrician’s mate in the United States Coast Guard, where he honed his skills in the electrical trade. Following his honorable discharge, Bob spent a decade working as a Journeymen for IBEW, gaining invaluable experience but often finding himself away from home. Motivated by a desire to spend more time with his family and serve his own community, Bob, alongside Andrea, established ALL Electric Inc. The company name reflects not just our family’s commitment but also includes Andrea’s initials, symbolizing our personal dedication to our clients. Since then, we have committed ourselves to delivering superior quality electrical services across Trumbull County and surrounding areas.
Andrea Lupton, co-founder, plays a pivotal role in managing the business operations of ALL Electric Inc. She actively participates in safety council meetings, engages in community outreach, and continues to contribute to our local area’s development. Andrea also brings her expertise to real estate as a REALTOR with Northwood Realty Services, where her leadership extends to serving on several committees and holding positions on the Board of Directors for the Warren Area Board of REALTORS® and as a District Vice President for the Ohio Association.
Robert Lupton, a graduate from Westminster College with a degree in Accounting and Business, excels in precision work such as installing service panels. His meticulous attention to detail and passion for the family business have made him a favorite among customers. Beyond his work at ALL Electric Inc., Robert pursues an intriguing venture in breeding aquatic shrimp, showcasing his diverse interests and entrepreneurial spirit.
