Our Story

How We Began

ALL Electric Inc. grew from a simple goal: serve our neighbors with reliable, high-quality electrical solutions and be present for our family. Our youngest son, Robert, joined the business with fresh energy and ideas—enhancing our customer experience and strengthening our family team.

Co-founder Andrea oversees business operations, participates in safety council meetings, leads community outreach, and contributes to local development. She also serves as a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty and has held leadership roles with the Warren Area Board of REALTORS®, the Stark-Trumbull Association, and as a District Vice President for the Ohio Association.

Bob Lupton, Founder

A proud American veteran, Bob served as an electrician’s mate in the United States Coast Guard, honing hands-on skills that set a high standard for our team. After his honorable discharge, he spent a decade as a Journeyman with IBEW. Wanting to be closer to home and serve his own community, Bob and Andrea launched ALL Electric Inc.—the company name nods to both the family and Andrea’s initials.

Andrea Lupton, Co-Founder

Andrea is pivotal to daily operations and safety initiatives, and she remains deeply involved in community service. Her real-estate expertise and board leadership complement our commitment to professionalism, ethics, and customer care.

Travis Lupton

Travis excels in precision work—especially service panel installations and leading his team on in-home projects. His meticulous attention to detail and passion for the family business have made him a customer favorite.

Robert Lupton

Robert grew up helping build the company and later earned a degree in Accounting & Business from Westminster College (PA). Alongside his work at ALL Electric Inc., he demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit through a venture breeding aquatic shrimp at FLIP Aquatic LLC.

Keith Lupton

Keith contributes with a degree in Physics Engineering (electrical concentration) and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Business brainstorming around the kitchen table—or a backyard firepit—is one of the Lupton family’s favorite traditions.
