The All Electric Story

Founded in 2005 by Bob and Andrea Lupton, ALL Electric Inc. is a family-owned and operated business deeply rooted in our local community and guided by our steadfast Christian values. At home and at work, we strive to embody principles of integrity, dedication, and service. Our business has grown to include our youngest son, Robert, who has brought fresh energy and ideas, enriching our service to customers and enhancing our family team.

Bob Lupton, a proud American veteran, served as an electrician’s mate in the United States Coast Guard, where he honed his skills in the electrical trade. Following his honorable discharge, Bob spent a decade working as a Journeymen for IBEW, gaining invaluable experience but often finding himself away from home. Motivated by a desire to spend more time with his family and serve his own community, Bob, alongside Andrea, established ALL Electric Inc. The company name reflects not just our family’s commitment but also includes Andrea’s initials, symbolizing our personal dedication to our clients. Since then, we have committed ourselves to delivering superior quality electrical services across Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

Andrea Lupton, co-founder, plays a pivotal role in managing the business operations of ALL Electric Inc. She actively participates in safety council meetings, engages in community outreach, and continues to contribute to our local area’s development. Andrea also brings her expertise to real estate as a REALTOR with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty, where her leadership extends to having served on several committees and holding positions on the Board of Directors for then Warren Area Board of REALTORS® to the Stark Trumbull Association and as a District Vice President for the Ohio Association.

Travis Lupton, nephew to Bob and Andrea Lupton, excels in precision work such as installing service panels as well as heading his team in your home installs. His meticulous attention to detail and passion for the family business have made him a favorite among customers.

Bob and Andrea Lupton’s son Robert Lupton had an early hand in working the trade and helping build the family business. Robert has provided the company with his well earned degree in Accounting and Business at Westminster College in Pennsylvania. Beyond his work at ALL Electric Inc., Robert has pursued an intriguing venture in breeding aquatic shrimp, showcasing his diverse interests and entrepreneurial spirit at his now company FLIP Aquatic LLC.

Bob and Andrea Lupton’s eldest some Keith Lupton, with his hard earned degree in Physics Engineering with electrical concentration and MBA in Business from Case Western Reserve University, has contributed to the success of this family company. One of the Lupton Families favorite things to do is to talk business and brainstorm ideas around the table or backyard firepit.
